Good Morning. Chesapeake Bay Bridge Tunnel

I haven't been across the Chesapeake Bay Bridge Tunnel (CBBT) more than a handful of times in the past years. 

Such an awesome trip any time of day.

Bridges represent a crossing of a border or barrier. I have been at one of the points of crossing for awhile now. 

I see that all things change.  I must cross into the unknown and I will fear and yet continue on despite the fear.

A good friend suggested that I write more.  Like in a professional way.  

I stand at the edge of the bridge and only have to step into the new land. 

I've been here before....

Grateful for another day.   Life continues on.  
Trying not to live in the world of negative thoughts and feelings.
Grateful for those who show me how they manage their own lives.

Trying to remember that as I will have set backs as I live.   And,  that it's okay to have them.

Taking US 1 North to avoid an accident.   Always have an alternate route in mind.   Here's a little exercise to try some time.   While driving take a moment and try to remember the last mile marker you passed.
